Senior Technical Leadership Team

Richard Bradshaw

CEO/President

Mr. Bradshaw received a BS in Physics from Auburn and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama Huntsville. Mr. Bradshaw is a SME in the development and acquisition of high energy laser system providing support to the US Government for decades and both a civilian and contractor.

Mr. Bradshaw serves as CEO/ President and is a co-owner of Scientic, providing the vision and direction for the Company.

Barry Posey

Vice President - Engineering

Mr. Posey received a BS from Alabama A&M University in 1977 with a major in Electrical Engineering Technology. Mr. Posey is currently Vice President of Engineering and a co-owner of Scientic, Inc. In this capacity he manages and performs nuclear hardness analysis of microelectronic devices, systems requirements definition and system hardness assessments.

Mr. Posey serves as chief financial officer (CFO), ensuring the fiscal health of the Company as it seeks the vision set by the CEO.

Bryan Hughes

Vice President - Operations

Mr. Hughes received a BA from Western Kentucky University with a double major in Mathematics and Physics and a MS in Physics from the University of North Texas. Mr. Hughes is a Nuclear Weapon and Space Radiation Effects Subject Matter Expert supporting DoD and DoE Customers assess systems to space and hostile radiation environments.

As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Hughes ensures the techncal staff and business operations are conforming to the vision and objectives set by the CEO.

Jeff Dame

Director, Radiation Survivability Programs

Mr. Dame recieved his BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University. Mr. Dame is an EEE/PMAP Component Engineer with extensive experience in the planning and execution of radiation hardened microelectronic component development and test. Mr. Dame specializes in Radiation Hardened EEE Component and System Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Test and Characterization for Military and Aerospace Applications.

Dr. Steve Renfrow

Chief Scientist

Dr. Renfrow recieved his PhD in Physics from the University of North Texas. Dr. Renfrow has estensive experience in aerospace systems including project management, experimental characterization of electronic and fiber optic technologies for radiation hardness, modeling and simulation of radiation effects including shielding and worst-case circuit-level responses, and radiation lot acceptance testing (RLAT).

As Chief Scientist for Scientic, Dr. Renfrow provides technical leadership in the research and development activties of the Company.
